Kris Hewitt

Kris is an experienced Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner who puts his clients first and believes strongly in person-centred care. Kris is registered with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC. Prior to his role at Sunshine Coast Hearing, Kris spent 5 years as a Canadian representative for two of the world’s largest hearing instrument manufacturers, so he brings a unique perspective and understanding of advanced hearing instrument technology. Prior to this, Kris worked for several years in a busy private practice hearing clinic in Vancouver.
Kris is committed to providing professional hearing healthcare and advice to residents of the Sunshine Coast, with a strong commitment to integrity and value.
Outside of work, Kris and his wife – both originally from Winnipeg, MB – enjoy spending time in the beautiful outdoors, cooking, and traveling.

Nadine Olsen

Nadine is a Health Care Aide and an Industrial Audiometric Technician. She greets clients with a smile at the front desk, taking care of the office and client’s appointment needs, also assisting with hearing instrument cleaning etc. Nadine is certified as an Industrial Audiometric Technician and provides required Industrial Hearing Tests for workers on the Sunshine Coast. Nadine’s husband worked many years in Industry and now wears hearing aids, so she has understanding and compassion for people who live with hearing loss. She has been living on the coast most of her life and has a special interest in helping people.

Shannon Miller

Shannon is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner who works with children and adult clients in Powell River through Vancouver Coastal Health, and also part time in our Gibsons clinic. Shannon has worked in hearing healthcare for 20 years in the Powell River area and we are proud to have her as part of our team!
